Building Commissioner – MEP Construction (remote + travel)

We are continuously growing and looking to add experienced individuals to our talented team. We are currently looking for an experienced Commissioning (Cx) Engineer with experience in MEP Construction, Project Management, and Quality Control for multiple commercial, institutional, health care, and residential projects. Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Cx Engineer, MEP Consultant, or Design Engineer (w/background in commissioning) and 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Commissioning Authority.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work alongside our Senior Engineers and Project Managers in creating high-quality deliverables for our residential, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects. You will work a flexible hybrid schedule but be required to attend site visits, conduct functional performance tests and hold meetings amongst your team. You will be interfacing directly with clients, engineers, contractors and stakeholders, and participating in technical analysis involving interpretation and troubleshooting building operations.

– Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline is required for this position.

Commissioning Certification is preferred (e.g., ACP, CCP, BCxP, CxA).
