This is a full-time instructor position. The position has an annual teaching load of 24 credit hours with the option of teaching overload. Selected individual will develop and teach a variety of courses within the Construction & Building Sciences department, participate in service to the Building Design & Construction program, department as well as the College and University. This position may have the requirement of helping with development, advising, and other duties as assigned.
Job Duties

Applicant must be able to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing. Teach 4-5 classes Fall and Spring semesters. Attend all college, department, and program meetings. Assist with development, advising, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Architecture or Construction industry.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the college level.
Specifically, Architectural related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, Twinmotion, Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Blender, ArchiCAD, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications within the Architecture and Construction Industry.
Experience developing curriculum at the college level.
Experience teaching synchronous and asynchronous courses via zoom or online.
Experience using Canvas as a learning management system.
